For the 2020-21 Academic Year

The application deadline for the 2021-22 academic year is Monday, May 31, 2021 by 5:00 p.m.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, we are accepting applications only by mail at the current time for the 2021-22 academic year.  Applicants must be at least 18 years old by May 31, 2021 to be considered.  An applicant must have graduated from high school or have a G.E.D. no later than May 31, 2021.  In addition to the completed application form, we also require official transcripts (in a sealed envelope from your high school and college, or ordered from Parchment, Inc. at www.parchment.com to be mailed directly to our school), official G.E.D. Scores & Certificate with Math content description, copy of a valid driver's license, and a $20.00 application fee which are due by May 31, 2021.
